I contacted Alia's Flooring based on a recommendation from a friend of mine.  I have a rental house in Clarksburg, MD and we had to replace the entire carpeting and some bathroom floors.  They were very competitive in pricing and even price matched to close the deal.  They have great customer service.  Arman continually followed up with me to keep me informed of the best products for what I was looking for and also kept in touch as to the timeline of when things would be ordered and installed.  They were able to get a majority of the house completed in one day.  I was very pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend them.

Arman and his team did a great job.  We had a very short time frame because we were selling our house and needed a last minute carpet replacement.  Alia's was able to come by with an estimate in less than 24 hours and installed the carpet within 48 hours of our meeting.  Their pricing was very competitive and the carpet looks great, I would highly recommend using them.  We plan to use Alia's again in the near future for another property.

I am extremely pleased with the job that Alia's Flooring did in refinishing hardwood floors in a rental property for me.  The floors had not been refinished in decades and were in terrible shape after decades of abuse from college student tenants moving in and out and living in the house.  Alia's Flooring was able to return the floors to their former glory, fill in holes and gaps for a seamless look and give them a gorgeous satin butterscotch finish.  Alia's Flooring also did a great job refinishing the wood on the steps and installing new shoe moldings all around.  The work was scheduled and performed on time and on-budget.  Alia's Flooring kept me informed of what was happening leading up to and through the process and they even met with me after to make sure any loose ends were tied up and that I was completely satisfied. Great expertise and service. Alia’s Flooring was fantastic! I had recently moved to a new condo and wanted to upgrade the existing carpeting to hardwood flooring.  The owner showed great expertise in product and was able to help me decide between several styles of engineered flooring.  Price quotes were competitive vs. larger “big box” stores, and the service/installation was excellent.  The installers were professional & arrived promptly at the stated time, and completed the job faster than I had expected.  It’s been several years since the install, and I’ve seen no defect in workmanship or product.  I will almost certainly choose Alia’s Flooring again!

Alia’s Flooring was recommended to me via some facebook groups I am a member of.  I had just purchased my new home and before I moved in I needed some of the flooring changed.  I had already begun to get some quotes from other companies and I was feeling a little overwhelmed that I have underestimated what this would cost to get the look I wanted.  Once I had contacted Alia’s Flooring it was a breeze to schedule time for Arman to come to my new home with some samples.  He graciously put up with my never ending questions as I debated which flooring to choose from.  Even to the point of coming to my office at work to review my final choices and put the order in.  The reason for my happiness with Alia’s is not that I just got a deal….because let’s face it at the end of the day you get what you pay for.  Instead I feel that I was educated on my choice while working with them, they communicated well and worked around my schedule to get the flooring in on time before my move.  If I have any future flooring or tiling needs I will be sure to be in contact once again.  You cannot go wrong with choosing them to work on your home.
